BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings

  • A non refundable booking charge of R500 to be paid on date of confirmation. This fee will be deducted from the presentation fee.
  • To make a booking, please email a request with your proposed dates, times and function types.
  • When confirming your functions, you agree with the terms & conditions set out on page 1, 2 & 3 of this document.
  • No date should be considered booked unless you are in receipt of confirmation or email from us confirming the date.
  • NOTE: When the number of maximum prescribed delegates is exceeding, an extra amount of a R150 per person will be charged.
Additional Costs
  • Stationary, traveling & accommodation. *Terms and conditions apply
  • TRAVELING: For your account (Excluding Gauteng)
  • n Rental of only an AVIS, EUROPE CAR or BUDGET vehicle.
  • (B/C -Class)
  • n Or transfer from Airport to Venue and back to the airport.
  • n 1x Return SAA Air Ticket from Johannesburg
  • n Traveling by car from Johannesburg @ R2 p/km
  • ACCOMMODATION: For your account – Please confirm with Francois Louw before making the final Hotel or Guest House booking.

Payment

  • Deposit and balance of amount is payable in cash & EFT in ZAR.
  • Balance payable on or before day of presentation.
  • NOTE: Please do not pay your client’s cheques directly into our bank account. Ask your clients to make their payments out to yourself and deposit them first into your own account for clearance.

 Cancellation or "No Show"

  • 6 weeks prior to Presentation date – no charge. 3 weeks – 40% of confirmed booking fee.
  • Thereafter – 100% of confirmed booking fee.
  • Should the agreed upon number of delegates not attend the Presentation; our full presentation fee will be due and payable by you.

Charitable Functions

  • Amounts raised for charitable organisations (e.g. CANSA, churches, etc.) will only be paid directly into charitable organisation’s bank account.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED for Presentations)
Seating

  • Tables (+10 delegates per table for Big Audience Presentations only) with hostesses /or,
  • Cinema style, from front to back with NO passage in the middle.

Audio & Visual Equipment

  • Clip-on Microphone and Audio sound with CD player for music when there are more than 80 delegates (essential for demonstration).
  • Data Projector (excluding Gauteng)

Other Essential

  • Podium or suitable stage when there are more than 80 delegates (essential for demonstration).
  • BIG White screen for overhead presentation (3m x 3m)
  • 1 x Table on stage for Francois’ make-up
  • 2 x Bar chairs for Make-Over demonstration
  • 1 x small table for overhead/data projector
  • 2 x Extension leads, each attached with double and 2-point plug points.

Should you have any difficulty in arranging any of the above, please advise us immediately for alternative arrangements.

VENUE SPECIFICATIONS
General

  • Presentation to be conducted indoors. No outdoor functions will be allowed.
  • Please ensure that Presentation is to be held in a quiet area.
  • If you would like to present the Presentation in a venue open to the general public, e.g. a restaurant, church or community hall, etc., ensure that you book the entire venue as to prevent any disturbance.
  • Delegates should be informed that no children are to be let into the Presentation venue.
  • No presentations will be conducted in a thatched roof venue as it will be too dark.
  • Please ensure that the venue’s light is sufficient and bright enough in order for the delegates to follow every make-up step.

  • Please use the tickets and posters designed by Avroy Shlain.
